Closer, but you'll probably note that Ngon had the concrete floor panels disengaging from their supports, lifting upwards to release the pressure. If they came crashing back down, the impact load might have exceeded the dead-weight calculated loading for the floor supports, causing or at least contributing to their failure. Kneebone-connected-to-the-thighbone, weakest-link, domino-effect.
