The consensus seems at the moment to be that VED attachments are not crucial to the floors, so I haven't indicated them. Otherwise, this is a compilation of what I have from publications, and inferences from postings.
In other words, this shows what a lay person might imagine to be the tower structure, from information commonly available.
THe "diagonal" is completely hypothetical, though I noticed BBC used it in a graphic from September.
