Yes I know Xavier (been for years, same first computer interested batch...:-))... I didn't know for those developments ?

In France (for buildings) they must be easily photographed from a public space... If you climb on a stool (i.e. using of a non usual tool ) is a little like breaching private property...! Some famous building owners are so harassed by students, photographers, tourists that they put warning stickers "no photo"...
"La maison de verre" in Paris is a such sort of copyrighted building...
We'll stick to US rules...here...:-)
