Peter Barber Architects' winning scheme is not guilty.
There must exist teachers, architecture historians, architecture judges, journalists, people without memory who really are guilty for this.
The person who writes "The architects proposed a reinterpretion of the terraced form to offer both friendly streets and private spaces." is nearly to an insane hospital. Is this a street? or it is the result of two large walls at xx feet? What about UK historical streets? Which are the exterior space created? I can not find it.
But be quiet. There is much time before Willmot Dixon builds the scheme in 2003. It is time to learn
