Apart from agreeing with R. Haut (I'm so tempted to post/comment sth. anything about the Middle East but it will be redirected to the Fireside forum) I think that the title of the particular title is just plainly "catchy". The article is great and the building is beautiful and I agree it encompasses very well "abstraction, modernism and history". But the title... is somehow inappropriate because in the midst of the war and in such a city, all of you architects and non-architects, what is the importance of architecture and in particular a new building (because there are many more layers of significance to be acquired through time)?? ...unless it is attacked

and again I might be missing the point, not of the particular article, not even of plain rules of journalism but of architecture

or just way too sensitive
