like Nadia, I am trying to keep any comments as brief and as much to the point as possible, but no - you are in this case not putting the whole implication of the image of this building.

it is a building representing Israeli justice. Never mind my opinions, this was the view of the situation in the Palestinian territories some years ago given by a decent God-fearing Christian, Archbishop Desmond Tutu:

"I am a black South African, and if I were to change the names, a description of what is happening in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank could describe events in South Africa." —Archbishop Desmond Tutu, during Christmas visit to Jerusalem, December 25, 1989 (Ha'aretz; cited in Palestine Perspectives, January/February 1990).
