Moi (that's french by the way) "critical" (but only of whoever built the W.T.C.) or "arrogant" (another french trait!)? Not really, but I do agree with you on the South Bank being the cultural centrepiece of London, it just a pity there is nothing left from the 1951 South Bank Exhibition - but have a very good look at my newest web page:
