Yes! With our growing population of retired people (like me) the tour business is booming. We have bus loads of people running around our area constantly, seeking something to visit.
Architectural tours are a marvelous idea. We have had "house tours," organized by local preservation societies, and they have always been popular, since people are ever curious about how others live. But there may be sufficient interest in architecture (not merely historic) to warrent conducted tours, as you suggest.
