the turbines are three hundred or, at a maximum, four hundred feet tall, so to be obscured by low cloud, it would need to be regularly at 150 to 200 feet maximum - now that is what I call low cloud cover.

British journalism seems to be apeing the old Soviet press - just print the party line. If anyone thinks there is anything wrong with it, they must be a counter-revolutionary.
