The list could go on and on. . .

But while on Park Ave. check the restored lobby of the Waldorf-
Astoria and nextdoor go into St. Bartholomew's Church--better than St. Thomas (more inventive) but by the same architect (Goodhue). They have a very good book discussing the design in the foyer gift shop.

I'm always attracted back to the Frick Collection--one of the most elegant buildings in the City. And of course the Guggenheim! Was that mentioned? And the Plaza Hotel . . . the Morgan Library . . .

And on and on . . .
