Hi.
One issue I allway's liked about this forum ,is the presents of a graphic display HTML. but please tell if you think a graphic the size I contribuated the scrapbook and linked here . The graphic show a dead end idear sofar from my point of view ; I made up an end result of the nimberous of positive side effect technology with the framework idear. First I assembled a "blancet" of tubes with length longer than the framework I then interfered with this box of tubes.
As the tubework awa quite small I had to move it 3 D with 4 viewports buisness as useal ;))
Still for each interference , that leave only the part of the stacked tubes in all different size ,that is "inside" the frames I first contribuated with another building. -------- so if this framework could be projectet fully with all frames "filled" with tubeworks, it also could be produced exactly that way .
But if it's a dead end or not I don't know, only a test build would I guess anyway this is the limits of AutoCAD 14 and processor of 550 mz.
My problem in this group proberly are, that one of my favorite architects is Escher ,but I guess that before we can have zero gravity groth materials, we shuld find a more economic way to get the experience ,guess 3D-H is kind of stone age tools, compared with what is waiting to be explored, 3D-H do carry a unique idear compared with other methods , ----- So this dead end if it realy are this, was two full day's ,the graphics is the amount of Solids AutoCAD 14 can handle and rendering hours get to long before the computer stop with an error ; no more mem.
Difficult to se if tubes locked within like this have use in other applications, Anyway Im' quite sure that for a small building ,you can form a tight roof with 3D-H.
Nice talking to you
