I cut and paste from the following link

The three towers of Exchange Square were designed by the Swiss Architect Remo Riva and now houses the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. It has the world's largest trading floor, but in this day of networked computers the busy traders on the floor are really no longer needed. It is still a prestige symbol and where else would the news get pictures of elation or despair when the stock markets are bullish and bearish. Hong Kong's central bus terminal is right underneath Exchange Square! Not to the side of it! This building had some of the highest rents in Hong Kong at one point.
