You are quite right ; why not simply build the most beautifull building in the world ; today this is possible as allway's ,make an agreament that if anything is build around ground zero, then it is build _around_ the volumes of the old trade center eventually left as emty spaces within a structure. . buy those volumes in front of the harbour and build there build what shuld be build somthing beautifull somthing to make it make sense, somthing unique and beautifull but also inspiring and pointing to the future.
