It is not a "Blame Game". Why not take a stand about this? If not on these pages or to our cohorts, at least to ourselves when for example someone decides to build another building (where ever) having the elements of the collapsed WTC and we remember to inquire/question the use of Viscoelastic dampers. Ah but they say, ...these devices are OK and not yet proven to be suspect. What do you say then? Where is your understanding of this "public art?"

Credo: Architecture forsees chaos and provides redundancy within structures to provide safety for its inhabitants.
