We have a judgement against them in France and we are in the process of a court action against sunspace in the U.S. and Canada for intellectual rights violations as it is the exact copy of our design. Sunspace in fact ordered and dome from Domespace, not only they did not pay for it, they did the reverse engineering to have them manufactured and build in North America. We are presently completely the first dome to U.S. specifications upstate New York in the town of New Paltz.
