I still believe that a society has the architecture it merits...

If you have the "spirit" of consulting people for the brief.. And... have an open first round of designs... Then you have some sort of architectural designs... If you don't consult, and pre-select the designing teams, then you have another sort of designs..

Which one is best ? I wouldn't say... I'm not living there...
