These will be surely fascinating, but whether hopes of New York inhabitants and local, state and federal authorities will be realized? One can doubt it; I am a pessimist. I think that they will arouse yet larger controversies than 6 plans of Beyer Blinder Belle ... They will be too strained onto masterpiece! And this does not serve matter and it gives best effects seldom. Besides, they will be put the same procedure like 6 first plans; they will replenish them only. It will be 12 variants of all together - to extended choice! In January the third phase of process of choice of best idea of site development (or of design team) will start?

PS. An acquaintance of things yet unknown publicly to nobody arouses my high admiration!
Such list is to be given not before tomorrow!
