The height of the Manhattan would be approx. 200-225 stories! The building would be then the tallest building in the world.

Look to the 'Chicago' by you know who for the 'core' concepts. The Port Authority would love it (bigger and better). From the side elevation, the old towers height was at the 'golden mean', when compared to the Manhattan.
