An engineering question: Each "leg" will then in itself be a complex structure, containing elevator banks , etc.
Will a 225-story building not need so much elevator capacity that it will force the "legs" to be relatively enormous? They will also have to be massive just for supporting the edifice....
It would be interesting to work on such a structure, however; perhaps a new approach to elevator design could be tried.
