Please read my response to 'd'. Where he has shown his arched concept is about the location of the core of the Manhattan.

I am working from a site plan with no north-south shown. Thus, i have placed it so that the Hudson River is to my left, thus the 2-footprints (old WTC) are at 6 and 9 o'clock. I am calling the nine o'clock tower the north tower and the six o'clock tower south. The core is west of the north tower and north of the south tower. Trust me.
