The list looks to me like one in which FLASH is the priority, and experience is secondary; most of the teams are represented heavily by artists, and weakly by pragmatists. Maybe ARUP is meant to serve that role. It will be fascinating to see how some of these egos work together; 'could be quite a soap-opera in the making. Notably absent: Gehry, KPF, Piano.
