My hope lies in the fact that many of the architects of THINK are native New Yorkers, some that live just blocks away from the site. They will be the most analytical, listen to neighborhood and they will do their homework. They also have some people who know what Architecture is. My hope is that they will ones that provide a true urban solution, one that not retro, but true to the City. Civitas + Urbanis

As far as Rockwell I’ve never been a fan. I think he’s nosing himself into table .on his NY “player” credentials. There is the air ravenous family sitting down of a Thanksgiving Feast…”Hey, I wanted that drumstick!”

As I said, I hope( and pray) this goes well.
