I would not want to deny myself , because earlier I wrote perhaps something such about New York, that it is recognized as the world capital. But mainly thanks to presence of the UN headquarters - General Secretariat and General Assembly -in it.
Incidentally, just this object delivers an example, which arouses some doubts. Corbusier has made its concept, but building project was created by local architect -W. Harrison, and he also often is said to be its author?!...
