You are quite right, if you can't afford this AutoDesk product, there are a few old programs that could help, Anyway you are quite right, pfd format work perfect with postscript and look nice on the screen, still best 90 deg from what a P.C. show the screen , guess with windows, it shuld be no problem turning the screen and lay over on the other side ;))
I use PhotoDeluxe to produce Pdf documents ;))
