It is really the proper site to be inventive about what a "real" city is to be in the years to come, not as a "prop" model, but as a way of life, a "Ítre au monde" ... Because of the very nature of the history of this site (let's not forget Ellis island nearby) it has the unique ability to be an example for the third millenary of what an "urbane society" could be... Whether global or "glocal" (new word here...Global AND Local...:-) Thoses are the days...:-):-):-))! In a "memorial" of sociability that maybe only NY could give...

But then I'm afraid that it's not the present tendancy expressed toward the world... Sad enough for all of us.
