That was the best synopsis I have seen on the subject. I agree that Gehry is not part of the movement, though the work has similarities including some of the problems that are commonly cited. I think Behnisch and Partners in Germany are one of the more visible proponants. The work of Coop Himmelblau looks similar, but as with Gehry, I don't believe the "philosophy" is there.
