I was aware, of course, that some Americans sided with one side in the Irish "troubles"; but are you suggesting that the American government itself, through succesive administrations, had an official policy
promoting terorism in England?
For myself (and I would imagine most Americans) this is either simply untrue, an exaggeration- or an important and shocking historical scandal which should be exposed...
Can you clarify?
