Message - an architectural glory

I have been to the library less than a month ago and I think that It's an architectural glory, something that makes you float somewhwere between the year 2002 and the ancient times of civilization triumphs.
I think it's a great building right from the symbolism that it's saturated with in every corner to the constructional details that carry on the job, yet not disturbng the-back from history- feeling t you get as soon as you set eyes on the building and it's surroundings
