Depends what sort of institute as the human genome has pretty much been discovered. But basically lab spaces for cell sorting, and white space for growing (hairless mice etc for experiments) Try contacting Sir Gutav Nossal from the Walter and Eliza Hall of Medical Research in Melbourne Australia for further info on whats happening in genome tech today...
