Message - Evolution - Private Restroom Designs

Many who responded tend to think that designing 100% private restrooms would be a government mandate costing more money. I say private restrooms cost less to build than communal ones while making everybody happy. Costing less money means less construction costs, less taxes, less heating, etc.

As a Libertarian, I am totally against government mandates. Yet, here is an example of compliance with a disabilty that costs less to build. Private restrooms are absolute evolution, what complaint is there?
