I'm reading it but it doesn't prove anything. It just suggests the possibility. I'd prefer it. I think it might be a good argument costwise. As for building design there has to be some more ideas. You just can't have an entrance or elevator lobby surrounded only by toilet doors in all directions. Often a second exit path is required, and that could be an area for this bank of toilets.
