So what your saying is these schools are loaded with either Ivy Leaguers, women, or other minorities? In that case, A lot has changed in 15 years. I suspect the portfolio still carries more weight than the politics, but no doubt if its down to choosing between a minority
and a non-minority, all things being equal, the minority usually wins.
I think this practise is slowly changing however....
