I have an idea for a new World Trade Center (not the memorial, the building) that I'd like to render in a drawing of some sort. But I am not an architect nor am I a designer. Honestly, I can only do a rough sketch of the building. I have a description of my design too that affords insight into the building's features.

I have seen a number of other new World Trade Center designs and several of the submissions amount to rough drafts, sketches and the like. But how can a sketch become a serious proposal? I'd appreciate your input. ~B. A. C.
