well you know what astonish me in the colonial architecture or do it yourself architecture or any kind of self referential independent from the place , history and nature
it's this funny (cut and paste) thing in architectural logic.....

have you ever asked yourself about how did the Aboriginals coped with their lands for thousands of years architecturally speaking,how did they interact with forms and volumes,spaces and building material....

New Zeland can still hold the notion of almost a beautiful virgin land in the southern hemisphere...
but the climate,topography,weather, nature,history....and the spirit of the land can be unique....
But from this far and away southern spot,the sun never rise near the Thames and the Aboriginals may still be classified as endemic species of the Flaura and Fauna....
