Half of New Haven is a GD parking lot! It is impossible that the demolition of Breauer's building is actually necessary to any deal!

BUT most folks think it's ugly AND it's been empty for years! Maybe what IKEA should due is move INTO the building instad of building anything.

Didn't anybody think of such as that? New Haven all over again.
