Yes this seem to be a very interesting method, still it is somthing that form mainly a surface, where this fact been a major weakness with other methods like ferro-cement that also are surface oriented.
A building need floors and internal walls and a ,ot of other structural members. Here the geostatic steel surface structures have limited abilities, compared with more modern framing systems. but this can be a long discussion, ------ I added a link about the issue papercrete.
