I would add using soft corners as much as possible in the building ,restrict the length of corridors to the minimum(there's instinctive nature in children to run in long corridors,using wc at the scale of children with no lockable doors(some even recommmend to eleminate doors in wc),using non-skid materials at playing area,interactions between indoors and outdoors(I would recommend an outdoor extention to the "classroom",transparency between "administration" and playing area,a collective space for eating and sleeping...and of course the elements of bright primary colours and scale is vital in kindergarten furniture and architecture
