You know....I'm not so sure that architects are the right ones to plan a building site. We are not really trained to think about much beyond the things that immediately effect the building. Planning a site involves studying circulation to and from the site (cars, pedestrians, utilities) as well as a vision for the entire site. LA is not just decorating. In fact, when a developer wants to develop a site, its usually the LA who gets the first call.
