just came across some articles about their works being superficial with the manipulation of materiality and to create buildings that make people go ' wow!'. Do u believe that their works go beyond the tactile towards the haptic realm? I admire their simple concepts yet bringing architectural intention with pristine clarity of thought. Do their works compare to those of Steven Holl's? Both seem to have quiet , innate poetry in them, with simple geometries that provoke our 5 senses. not only 3D, but timelessness becomes the new dimension associated. How much does architecture tolerate poetry and haptic language that breathes from the materials ?

Architecture.....so vivid and intimate, we can even smell and taste it.

cheeers.
