Message - Outward Sign of Peace

This visible sign of peace is the new seat of USIP at Washington, of course.

1. Outward though only virtually for the present (see a link below)...

2. Its symbolics - intellectually - is rather banal (Dove of Peace), but it must be admitted that it has not advantaged up in architecture to the present, only in graphic art - placards a.s.f.

3. Good site (at the end of the Western side of a "green cross" of the National Mall, in the region of the Department of State) and surely a proper component to Lincoln Memorial and Washington Memorial bestow a great moral, political and city-planning significance to this structure in future (Capitol- White House-Jefferson Memorial- USIP, at the centre -Washington Memorial).
