Hi
Maby this is not the real issue, ------ now what impression would it make, if the direction was true north, would the "true" direction produce a building that will have the same effect , will you se the intire building from this important site or another .
Would the dtructure act as if it could be placed better, who cared about the exact direction did this have a cirtain messeage more important than the perfect placement on the site.
Now I never been evn near the place, so I can only ask.
