Message - World Trade Center Buildings

The buildings outward design and appearance aside. I like the ideas of the Daniel Libeskind studio; as quoted in the Baltimore Sunpapers "two large public spaces called the “Park of Heroes” and the “Wedge of Light,” which would be laid out in such a way that the sun would shine down on them unblocked by anything on the anniversaries of the attack."
I can think of no more fitting tribute then to have incorporated in the new building design whatever that might be, some sort of natural lighting phenomenon that would only appear on the anniversary of the attacks.
