When I was very young I lived in veterans' housing near Washington DC.
The story was told me that the method of quickly creating these homes was to pour four slabs on the ground, and then pick them up and tie the rebar along the edges.
Since then I have never heard of this practice but....

In your case, could it make sense to design your exterior stonework by packing it into forms on the ground, so that all the irregular attractive surfaces are in a plane, and then pour the mix on top, and swinging it up when it's cured?
