Hi
I am quite sure that much can be developed and should be developed with the experiences of how little would be needed ,if this was just the right mean and if you have a good idear. So hopefully you will get what you want and find a way thru patents and ensuring your intellectual rights.
I se this a bit different, as I se the way a skyscraper is projected as part of the problem, ------ I do not deal with the architectural theories and is very Ignorant, but when you se the skyscraper, as not one structure, but several supporting themselves and others, it is like a few of the problems ,escaping any high rise building ,change into a question of being able to enter a safer structure. You can not do this without having a clear idea ,will this even work if there are just a rebuild within the limited sites or should we today expect that to be build that is relevant year 2003 you can't even build on site as then the new structures will be the memorials,I mean if there will be build something as in-efficient some say the old towers was, should something as in effective then be build. Or should we forget about the possible gain of safety with other future high rise buildings with this as an example. ------ Miss the oppotunity.
Now I am not the right person to talk about these issues, as I think that the old Patent systems are not the right tool to point to the new world we will se. I think some ideas are so important that you shouldn't spend 4 years protecting your rights ,getting lost in paperwork ,spending a lot of money keeping progress hidden ,while you try preserve one after the other to join your idea, ------ as soon this only deal with money and these will not save any life.

Still general building methods are different than specific safety issues.
Now you properly want to make up your own mind and properly did so already, ------- but what if architecture change, and the devise you progress will not fit the highrise walls build, or if you would have spend your time and money better, working around another concept.
Who know what will be build, and how this will work.
