I agree. His structure and fire power is unquestionable.
However, I still think Renzo Piano dominates the architectural process (in your more global sense) much more than Rogers. Jean Marie Cultural Tjibaou Cente in New Caledonia is the largest example of the allied technical elegance with an impressive understanding of the place (locus), in the social and geographical ambit.
