This is exactly what I meant: Daniel Libeskind is an excellent architect, but not in this design shot (at WTC proposal), and I dislike the most that this not the best design of his to be used to sustain the unfair gains of the present real estate owners of the office space in Manhattan who unwillingly benefited from the tragedy by the increase in value of their properties, as the result of the Twin Tower collapse, and the disappearance of 11 M. sq. ft of the commercial real estate space from lower Manhattan otherwise they would have to compete against resulting in lower prices on the real estate market in Manhattan.
