Well ... people has become less and less reliable (if it ever was), and not honoring promises more and more common. In the past one not mcuh known architect could compete and win some big commission. This maybe still happens (Foreign) but I think becomes by days less and less common. Or maybe it is only that as I turn of more age, I have seen more ... the past neither appears to me utopian countryside. But in fact, I have seen even the best architect in Spain then (Senz de Oza) win a commission and not be built. To use architects as a commodity to blind people is just ordinary practice.
