Women do work in construction. And not all male Architects have worked construction themselves. I do not know why you are on this site. You seem very misinformed. Women Architects tend to not be as egosentric as males. Women Architects are more practical and function driven and tend to be more flexable in their thinking. I think women are a very positive contribution to the business of Architecture.
I suggest you look at the work and teachings of Debra Burke (Miami and New York).
