Sounds very problematical, Per. Venting compressed, high-temperature steam into the atmosphere above or around a skyscraper in a congested urban setting sounds like an added danger. How about, instead, using your honeycomb structure with structural ceramic material instead of steel? This would acheive the goals of superior strength and fire/heat resistance without the cost and dangers of steam-filled tubular steel.
