downtown Cleveland, the area's largest multi-use building complex "The Park on Twelfth" [Reserve Square] (comprised of 1000 apartments, 500,000 sq.ft. of commercial office space, a retail mall and hotel built in 1972) was prime for a multi-million dollar redevelopment apartments for NONDRIVERS OLDLY BLIND PEOPLE HANDICAP this building design make it easyer for the fire fighters in case of a fire CAN.T RISK OLDLY BLIND PEOPLE HANDICAP IN A VERY HIGH MIX USE BUILDING STOP ALL MIX USE buildings WENT WEATHY LIVING ONLY OVER STOR Reserve Square show yon can build big but not very high do to terrorism risk on OLDLY BLIND PEOPLE and HANDICAP
